They’re a strategic and creative social agency that works closely with brands to understand and address their unique challenges.

This Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing social media strategies, overseeing social media campaigns, analysing campaign performance, and providing recommendations for improvement. This is both very hands on, and full of big-picture thinking. The role is located in West London.

This Senior Account Manager will have:

- Strong experience in social media account management and strategy
- Proven track record in successfully executing social media campaigns
- Deep understanding of social platforms - very hands on (posting; comm unity management; best practice - loves seeing the platforms evolve)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Experience working with diverse clients and industries
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
