Senior Integrated Creative. London hybrid Based. £65-70K.

Are you an award-winning Senior Integrated Creative lead with 10+ years of TTL experience built within the most respected creative agencies? Joining this fast-growing creative agency, you’ll be working on some truly exciting projects. This independent, creative agency are fun, down to earth and loves creative work.

We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Creative who is an ideas-driven conceptual creative thinker who thrives when developing big creative ideas that can be brought to life across multiple channels. You’ll be taking the creative leap from a brief to conceptualise big creative ideas that bring brand platforms and comms platforms to life in new ways.

Responsibilities of this Senior Integrated Creative:

  • Approach each creative opportunity with inspiring unified cross-channel thinking, driving work that drives real, measurable change in the world.

  • Be comfortable with autonomy and owning your work - you’ll be hands-on - seeing your ideas through from concept to completion.

  • Actively lead and develop standout creative to win new business pitches.

  • Be influential with clients, demonstrating a commercial understanding that helps you unlock client challenges and build brands that change the world.

  • Creative facilitation, Collaboration & Inspiration - experienced in running creative sessions, bringing out ideas in others and a source of stimulation, constantly sharing ideas with others.

  • Be a liked and respected teammate when working with the design, client experience, strategy and production teams to deliver on the creative vision you’ve set.

  • Be a role model to your colleagues, actively contributing to and building the culture of the agency.

Requirements of this Senior Integrated Creative:

  • Candidates must have credible creative agency experience.

  • Candidates must provide a link to their portfolio for consideration - work must also include integrated campaigns where you’re credited with the idea.

  • Candidates must demonstrate insight-led creative work in their portfolio - with a human truth or cultural tension at its heart.

  • You’ve racked up experience developing brand-centric campaign ideas through writing emotive copy and visualising persuasive concepts that convey the magic of your thinking.

  • You’ve had experience in driving fame for brands and earning media through cut-through ideas.

  • You’re as adept at developing campaign platform campaign ideas across social, influencer and activations as you are for OOH and film.

  • You’ve played an active part in winning new business pitches and love the thrill of the chase.

This role is a Hybrid working model with 3 days - Tues/Weds/Thurs.
