PPC Manager, Midlands/Hybrid Working - Up to £40k dependent on experience.
This rapidly-growing Media agency, is on the hunt for a PPC Manager to join their extremely talented PPC team, who are responsible for the strategies, planning, and implementation of all paid search (PPC) campaigns.
As PPC Manager, you’ll be effectively managing you & your team’s designated search accounts; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered by the team and constantly, proactively looking for both tactical and strategic optimisation opportunities.
The responsibilities for this PPC Manager include:
Implementation of the agreed strategy working with a clear and defined set of KPIs
Manage day-to-day PPC activity and overseeing the performance of accounts with your team - campaign set up, bid strategies, ad copy and daily optimisations
Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in to allocations and desired return (CPA/ CPL)
Campaign reporting, including written commentary and insights for clients, as well as client meeting presentations.
Supporting the wider team with planning, reporting, research and implementation
Confident in client facing account management, including calls, meetings and emails
Develop and refine processes within the paid media team, ensuring these are robust and integrate media channel across the agency for a full holistic approach.
Maintain high awareness of the industry offerings and actively testing new initiatives
Managing client’s expectations and keeping them up to date at each stage of the campaign
Supporting the new business team with research, planning and pitches
As PPC Manager, you’ll also have the following:
At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar PPC role, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs
Experience across Google & MS Ads
Google Ads certification preferable
Proficient in Google Analytics
Understanding of scripts/tags and Google Tag Manager would be beneficial
Willingness to learn, adapt, and progress within a fast-paced marketing agency
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data, analytics and consumer behaviour trends in order to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
Understanding of wider digital marketing and the impact this has on paid media strategies
