Digital Account Manager (E-Commerce), London (Hybrid) – Up to £40k dependent on experience
We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join a busy digital agency specialising in delivering AI enhanced solutions. With offices in Europe and Dubai, they’re a fun team who do some incredible work for interesting clients. You’ll be joining them to build and execute cutting-edge paid social strategies, developing and implementing strategies across multiple platforms including Google, Microsoft and Amazon.
The Digital Account Manager who joins them will be responsible for client relationship and campaign oversight, managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns alongside Account Strategists, developing an in-depth understanding of client’s products, competition, industry trends and more. Being a Digital Account Manager means you’ll be comfortable working closely with clients to understand objectives and drive real results. You’ll also have proven experience in e-commerce, having good knowledge of paid search methodologies and techniques to manage campaigns. This Account Manager will also have experience with Shopify, Magento and GA4, being able to hit the ground running in their team.

Manage delivery of day-to-day paid social campaigns
Work closely with clients to understand objectives
Manage client budgets
Measure and optimise campaign effectiveness
Produce comprehensive reports for clients

Previous experience working with e-commerce clients
