Account Manager (CRM) – London/Hybrid Working - £38K (three month initial contract)

Are you an Account Manager, highly experienced within CRM / email marketing? If so, this is just the role for you. Joining one of the globe’s biggest agencies, working alongside an industry leading client, this role is ideal for someone looking for something new and exciting!

As Account Manager, you’ll ultimately be responsible for delivering multi-channel CRM programmes and developing end-to-end roadmaps across multiple channels. We’re looking for confident Account Manager to work on major clients (Retail and FMCG) and support the build and development of their customer loyalty programmes.

This role is a three month fixed term contract.

This Account Manager will run and deliver multi-channel CRM programmes with the ability to learn and develop your understanding and experience through the role. You will have a problem solver mindset, coordinating with our day-to-day clients and third-party agencies to ensure there is a clear end to end roadmap across CRM channels, and be able to deliver agency processes end to end.

This Account Manager will:

- Work with clients to interrogate and align briefs.
- Produce creative feedback.
- Project manage to agreed timeframes.
- Understand business finances and retainer scope, and ensure finance admin is always up to date.
- Motivate, cajole and manage stakeholders to deliver the items.
- Be the first point of contact for all client requests.
- Have strong relationships with both Key Client Stakeholders and other agency teams to ensure that campaign timings and processes are clear and adhered to.

As Account Manager you will be:

- A confident, approachable, friendly person who enjoys an informal yet professional and rigorous working environment.
- Experience in an agency environment, following agency process to deliver campaigns.
- Previous knowledge in a CRM platform (Braze, Salesforce, Adobe or similar).
- Experience picking comms plans, briefing through creative, copy/design, development and QC, whilst ensuring internal and client stakeholders approve at each stage.
- Effectively and simply distilling what the brief is, clarifying any feedback and debriefing teams, with strong attention to detail through build and QC to ensure the communication is delivered smoothly and on time.
- Production management experience in getting CRM projects live (knowledge of JIRA preferable)
