Account Director – Conversion Optimisation, London – Up to £70K plus benefits

This fast growth, disruptive digital marketing agency in London have a team of talented and innovative marketers and their looking to add a highly analytical an CRO (Conversion Optimisation) Account Director to join their team.

This CRO (Conversion Optimisation) Account Director will have the opportunity to contribute to their diverse range of projects. Their clients include world-class entertainment, publishing, e-commerce, B2B and travel brands. Their work spans across digital strategy, performance media, conversion optimisation and analytics.


This CRO (Conversion Optimisation) Account Director will be:

-        A senior conversion and UX optimisation specialist, used to setting the agenda for testing for businesses in multiple sectors

-        Strong technical expertise and experience, which will be essential with helping to lead a team of CRO specialists

-        Great soft skills: they’re highly client-facing


As an Account Director within the CRO team you’ll typically be the most senior person working on client engagements, developing our strategic approach to testing, managing client relationships and coaching the In Digital team to continue to deliver great work.

This CRO (Conversion Optimisation) Account Director will have:

-        Hands-on experience with CRO tool such as: Optimizely, VWO, Piano, Zephr

-        Strong experience using website analytics platforms: GA4 (must have), Adobe, Amplitude, Mixpanel

-        An analytical mindset - comfortable handling quantitative data and understanding logic and statistics behind A/B testing

-        An interest and an understanding of other digital marketing areas and how they interlock with CRO

-        Nice to have but not essential: knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (we have a front-end dev on the team)
