Office Manager (part-time), London – Up to £35k (FTE) dependent on experience
Are you an Office Manager with a real passion for charity / not-for-profit, and looking for a part-time role 12-16 hours per week? We’re looking for someone to join a busy studio with a focus on the charity sector. They do innovative work producing direct marketing fundraisers, using film to inspire current donors and recruit others with offices in Asia, Australia and Europe. As Office Manager you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the office, overseeing logistics, facilities management, staff support and event coordination. You’ll provide administrative support including managing emails and the booking system, organising couriers, managing suppliers, onboarding new staff and communicating with finance on invoicing and billing.
The Office Manager they’re looking for will be someone with a background in office management, understanding Health & Safety policies and procedures as well as managing team and client events. You’ll have great interpersonal skills and be able to keep on top of a busy office / studio.

Providing administrative support
Resource coordination ensuring necessary supplies are available
Managing facilities in the office and fixing any issues
Supporting onboarding of new staff
Coordinating team and client events
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Assisting on invoicing and billing
